Ticket Information
The master record in the Registration System is the responsibility of the person who signs up and creates a username and password for the account. After creating the master record you are the only one that can access it and you are the only one that can add and remove additional attendees.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the person creating the master record in the registration system is responsible for payment of all added attendees. If you don't want that, simply have each person register individually.
Editing or Making Changes to Attendee Information
The master account record can be edited once it's been created. Please note that once an attendee is PAID for, editing will no longer be allowed to prevent unauthorized transfer of meet tickets.
At this time there is is no way to edit the added attendees that you add AFTER the master record. If you feel you need something changed badly enough for the added attendees, please delete the attendee and re-create it. If you make an error while entering your master record data or have a problem, you can email register@magicmeets.com for assistance.
Payment Options
This year, we are exclusively using PayPal for registration payments.
No checks. No cash. No money orders. No livestock. (hehe)
Refund Policy
For the 2008 MagicMeets event, we will allow a 50% refund for any person that has already paid and needs to cancel prior to May 15th, 2008. After that date there will be no refunds If for some reason you can't attend, you may transfer your admission to someone else (See below for details) but we can't refund your money.
Transfers
First and foremost, "NO" tickets can be transferred "OR" sold without Fred Block's prior "written" consent. This is something we put in place to prevent ticket scalping. That being said, master record holders can sell or donate their paid admission to another interested party on our waiting list for no more than the price they paid for that ticket. MagicMeets and Fred Block reserves the right to refuse a transfer for any reason at our sole discretion.
NO TICKET TRANSFERS WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER JULY 1, 2008. If for some reason you need to transfer your ticket, please make sure that you do so well before this date.
If you have tickets you wish to transfer to another party, please contact fred@magicmeets.com and we will go to the waiting list for people that want tickets. We will give you that person's email address for you to contact and finalize the transfer. We request that this process be done as quickly as possible to prevent a delay in the transaction.
Information We Collect
We promise that the information gathered in the registration system will be used solely for MagicMeets events and will not be shared with any other parties that are not related to MagicMeets functions. To report any abuse or violations of this policy, please send email to support@magicmeets.com with complete details for us to research.
